Taking a campervan on the road during the Covid-19 period is a great way to go on holiday as your party is self-contained and able to holiday independently from other people. With our need to maintain social distancing and avoid large gatherings; a campervan is a great option. You’ll have your own facilities and, of course, flexibility in where you choose to go. However, there are a number of things that should be taken into account, which this policy addresses.
Little Goat Campers is very aware of the need to do everything possible to limit the spread of Covid-19 and ensure our customers and staff are protected whilst following government guidelines and laws regarding Covid-19. This policy has been created to protect all our customers and staff.
Covid-19 travel policy
Under no circumstances should anyone with Covid-19 or Covid-19 symptoms travel in one of our vehicles. If you have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 in the two weeks prior to your hire commencing, please do not travel. Should the government or NHS advise you to self-isolate or not to travel, then please follow this guidance and inform us as soon as possible.
Covid-19 refund policy
If there is a government decision to enforce a local lockdown or other implications and guidelines outlined by the government which impact your holiday as a direct result of Covid-19, then the following options will apply:
- Change of dates to a later date this year or next (prices adjusted according to the new dates)
- A full refund of the value already paid to Little Goat Campers
In any situation that may result in a cancellation, please talk to us about your specific circumstances and we’ll do our best to help you.
To keep everyone safe, we follow the government advice on Covid-19 and practice the following:
- We complete Covid-19 risk assessments
- Cleaning is in accordance with Government Covid-19 cleaning guidelines
- We ask all customers and staff to wear face masks on our premises and near our staff
- We ask customers and staff to observe social distancing at all times
- We take part in the Track and Trace Scheme so that we can let you know if anyone with Covid-19 comes into contact with our business
- We ask people with Covid-19 or Covid-19 symptoms not to travel in our campervans and not to come to work
